- Managing job crews and taking an active role in job completion by being extra person installing plaster on site when necessary
- Keeping inventory and overseeing the creation of samples in studio
- Predetermining hiring needs per job, being an integral part of the hiring process as well as staff reviews/discipline

Position available for an Intern

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Administrative duties: faxing, filing, research, organizational tasks, making calls

- Fabrication of promotional materials (printing, trimming, collating and organizing brochures and mailers)

CREATIVE ASSISTANT

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintenance and organization of art materials (supplies, canvas, stretchers, etc.)
- Color matching (must have extremely accurate eye for this)
- Mixing plaster for job sites (color matching, consistency)
- Checking color consistency of plaster from container to container
- Brainstorming for art and design projects
- Stretching canvas
- Studio clean up (including work tables and painting area)
- Deliveries/Errands for studio
- General inventory of art supplies
- Silk screening on canvas and vellum
- Applique work (designing, cutting, gluing)
- Organization of studio workspace

Job requirements:
- Valid Driver's license
- Willingness to travel
- Must have a creative background
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds and have art handling experience
- Experience with Italian plasters a plus
- Must have excellent communication skills
