The July/August issue of Metropolitan Home features a glamorous yet simple renovation of a 475-square foot Manhattan studio with designer Clodagh. The newly redesigned space is discussed from the initial problem through to the final solution in the magazine section titled "Small Spaces". One great way to make the most of limited square feet is to keep the colors simple, light and within a limited color palette. To help create the feeling of a much larger space, Jonas Everets Design customized a taupe Marmorino which covers a large portion of the apartment's surfaces. The walls and storage compartments were covered in the same color plaster to create the feeling of a continuously flowing space. The Marmorino is a perfect complement to the other natural materials in the space. The finished space truly is a "study in Zen comfort", as described by Clodagh.
